Placing an Order:
Our order page works a little differently.
When you fill out the form and submit it, you are sending us an email of what you’d like to purchase. Then we put your order together, use the actual package weights to calculate the cost of your meat, add the cost of shipping and handling, and send you an invoice with the total for your order. For orders that will be shipped you can make a secure payment right from the invoice with your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card. Cash, check, and credit card are accepted for orders picked up at our farm. Orders for Waterloo Trek employees must be paid via Square invoice prior to the delivery date.
Shipping charges are calculated as a flat rate “per box”. We can ship up to 50 pounds for $33. SHIPPING CURRENTLY AVAILABLE ONLY WITHIN WISCONSIN.
Once payment is received, your order will be shipped on the next shipping day, either Monday or Wednesday. Expect delivery in 1 to 2 days.
Welcome Waterloo Trek employees! Our next monthly order and delivery will be in November. Orders must be placed here by 5pm Monday, November 11th and will be delivered to The Barn for pickup on Wednesday, November 13th noon-2pm. When ordering, select the option to pick up at Trek headquarters in Waterloo. You’ll get a invoice e-mailed to you before your pick up date with a secure link to make payment. Orders need to be paid prior to the delivery date.
